Park Island

Park Island Historical Site

The City of North Bricksfield Fire Department operates a station on Park Island. Park Island is a historical and recreational site visited by thousands of tourists each day. The station is manned 24/7 by Firefighters paid with a grant to the Fire Department by the City Historical Society. Park Island operates 1 Engine, 1 Ladder, and 2 Ambulances.  One of the ambulances is staffed 24/7 while the other is cross-staffed by firefighters assigned to either the Engine or Ladder when the need arises.  During special events or holiday weekends, the second ambulance is staffed.  Park Island Station runs:
