The members of the ULFA receive many benfits for their membership. The ULFA secures the jobs of both firefighters and
dispatchers. The ULFA will also take part-time or on-call paid firefighters and dispatchers. The ULFA membership dues
are the lowest of any firefighting union and go the furthest. The ULFA will fight for Collective Bargaining, the
S.A.F.E.R. Lego Firefighter Act, Homeland Security Funding, and better Federal Disability funding.
